i see this especially with incest, rape, and abuse. i don’t care if it’s fanart or fanfic, part of your ship or just a discussion, relevant to your character or a signal boost, it should still be tagged, or there should be a very obvious warning in your sidebar that your blog contains these elements and they will not be tagged.
also, if someone asks you to tag something? don’t be a dick about it. don’t say ‘i don’t see how it’s triggering’ or some shit, because that’s rude and insensitive and a fucking prick move.

Do not ever publicly throw someone under the bus because you’ve decided you don’t like them for whatever reason.
I don’t care what you think of them. I don’t care what your reasoning is for severing ties with them. I don’t care why you don’t like them.
Not liking someone is not the point.
Not respecting someone as a human being is.
DO NOT use names or make fricken lists about why you don’t like someone under the guise of ‘concern for the public welfare’ and then make it public for the entire population of Tumblr to be privy to!
Your arguments are not their business.
Your disagreements are not their business.
Nothing about anything you feel toward another person, p e r s o n a l l y has anything at all do to with anyone other than you and whoever it is you’ve got a problem with.

okay so i’m going to just make a post about being a selective RP’er and if you’re going to be judgmental and offensive about it i suggest you get the fuck out.
so not only have i seen (and received) an influx in anon hate i’ve also the primary reason for it being because RP’ers are stating they’re ‘selective’ okay so let me just give you a few reasons why they say this.
1. people like you back them worried and only want to
RP with the people they know well and trust/have
RP’ed with for a while.
2. have anxiety, dislike a busy dash, prefer to keep their
RP partners to a minimum for easier and more
enjoyable times.
3. mass followers and are physically unable to RP with
them all so only reply to a few of their opens due to
simplicity.
But what gets me the most is that im actually having to make this post in the first place. RP’ing should be fun. People shouldn’t have to explain their reasons for choosing to RP in a certain way. And at the end of the day it’s the people to complain about them being ‘stuck up’ and ‘rude’ and ‘make others feel bad and shitty’ that cause so many people to be selective.
It isn’t because we think we’re better. It isn’t because we hate anyone. It isn’t because we dislike their character. It’s purely because we want to make RP’ing an enjoyable and nice experience which lately isn’t happening.
If you get anon hate or anyone telling you what you’re doing is wrong, ignore it. Blank it out, turn anon off. Because it isn’t worth it. RP’ing is for your enjoyment.

Nobody likes to see this on their dash, and scrolling through it is an eyesore and tedious for everyone. Here are some useful links that will keep everyone’s dash clean of this monstrosity! If you aren’t familiar with how to properly reblog long posts or threads (or even if you are) then I would advise you to take a little refresher on this very important piece of RP etiquette.
I’m the type who prefers to wing it. I like seeing where the characters go organically; sometimes too much plotting can make me less excited because I already know every thing.
Hey guys! I noticed that there’s been a lot of conflict between blogs that are singleship and blogs that are multiship. I’m here to tell you to stop.
There’s no need to be nasty to each other. It’s just someone’s personal preference which you should respect. Keep this in mind the next time you talk to someone with a different type of blog than you.

i love talking to other muns in the tags, i find the OOC chatter helps me connect with them better, whether our character love or hate each other.
