【 ; ♔ ; 】 — It was rather amusing, how sand could be similar to snow - The Queen’s lips curled into a smile, all one her own she could be more lax and herself, feet digging into the cool sand but not as cold like ice was. The thought of Olaf running around rather made her smile a little wider, she should see how he is when she’s not busy next.
Her gaze shifted towards the ocean, bathed by the moon’s rays, it was a sight which she could watch for hours, but there was something which caught her eyes by the rocks; red hair and a green tail like a fish. Was that—-? No, mermaids were only in tales; then again so were trolls.
For a moment she kept watching the other before she moved, closer and closer but not so much as to frighten the thing if she was easily intimidated. But how to speak up? Well, her mind ran on its own, lips moving in possibly a rather stupid question. “Are those…real fins?”

When her father decided to take a ’morning swim’, Ariel drifted off to find human things for her secret grotto. The only friends who knew about her collection were Urchin, Gabrielle and Flounder. The first two were merfolk, while Flounder was a tropical fish. Although she had the opportunity to explore the ocean further, she preferred to observe human beings off shore. It was not only a town, but a kingdom.
Ariel had jumped out of the water, like a fish would. If someone had witnessed it– who knows what would happen; if King Triton found out about it? He would be furious! After she went back in the water, she had a strong instinct that someone did see her. But who? She lifted her face out of the sea, and she moved her hair so she could see that person. ‘Who is she?’, She wondered.
The mermaid moved closer to the blonde. For some reason, she was not afraid of her. She looked… intimidated. But it was normal. Not everyone believes in mermaids. Will she speak? Eventually, she did. Ariel answered her with, ❝ Yes they are! Do you want to touch them? ❞ She smiled and giggled, as if they had met each other before.
