Ariel was utterly surprised with the scar on his face, but it did not stop her from befriending him.
He was different– it made her even more interested in that human. She tried her best to act as chill as possible.
❝ I know us merfolk don’t. I’m probably the only one who does! My species’s relationship with humans is not the best kind. But I don’t mind speaking to one! ❞

she seemed innocent enough, but with mermaids you never really knew.
mermaids, nonetheless were intriguing creatures. renowned for their beauty & ingenuity.

Honestly, she would never drown him under the sea. Only a cruel merfolk would do that– but the citizens of Atlantica were actually pretty nice.
